Woohoo!!! Ronan and Keenan had their doctor’s visit today! I knew that they had been gaining weight like crazy, but they are now each seven pounds, fifteen ounces!! That’s close enough for me to say eight pounds! Doc says they look great, but he still wants to keep them on the more expensive formula for now. (almost $13.00/can at Schnuck’s- which is the only place I’ve been able to find Similac/NeoShure- which we go through at about a can every day and a half.) I’m soo happy with how well the boys are doing!!!

Logan the entrepreneur- He built a small kool-aid stand today and sold thirteen cookies at 15 cents a piece and small cups of kool-aid for 20 cents. He made nearly seven dollars!! (I’m not sure how that math adds up) What does he want to do with his new found wealth? Believe it or not, Poke-anything was not even close! He and his henchmen want to invest in some pieces of iron. They are trying to re-inforce “Fort Dragon” (that would be the small fort we built several weeks ago in the back yard) so that it will be tornado-proof. Quite ambitious.

As part of our new functional management groups, I now have root access to all of the unix boxes in the five state region, and the other admins have access to mine. This was no big deal until today. As Joe was in the midst of a project, one of the other admins happened to log into the box he was working on and decided to make some changes to the directory structure where Joe was working. Hrmph. Quite frustrating when other people in your own workgroup don’t have enough common courtesy to at least let you know they are going to make changes on your box. Don’t get me wrong, the admin had every right to be in there, it just would have been nice to know beforehand. (oh, and I’m not even bothered that he took one of my scripts, rewrote it completely and re-implemented it on one of my boxes- AND didn’t bother to tell me about it.-nope, not bothered at all.)
